We’re meeting in Maudsley again – HOORAY! Members met on 15th September, and free singing workshops with Nicola will now be fortnightly in the Canteen, Maudsley Hospital, Denmark Hill, London SE5 8AZ:
6pm Wednesday; 29th September, 13th October, and 27th October.
Online workshops for our Facebook Group members will be:
6pm Wednesday; 22nd September, 6th October and 20th October.
From 27th October we’ll be back to weekly workshops at Maudsley.
Anyone (unless asked to isolate under COVID rules) can come to our free workshops. No one has to read music, or contact us in advance. But we all take care. For all our workshops we wear masks (except those exempt) unless seated in the canteen to sing; we observe social distancing; and do not linger in Maudsley for refreshments or chit chat. We are all advised to take a lateral flow test (lft) earlier on our workshop day, and only come if the test is negative. (A supply of free lfts can be ordered on line from the Government, or can be picked up from many local pharmacies.)
